Welcome to North Star Cakes

I'm Francesca and I'm a trained fine artist in painting and sculpture with a passion for creating beautiful and delicious cakes for weddings and other celebrations in Maidstone and the surrounding Kent area of the UK. I have a strong sense of design and really enjoy each and every cake that I'm commissioned for, from beautiful and bespoke wedding cakes to fun and fabulous celebration and birthday cakes.  In the time that I've been running North Star Cakes I've realised two things, people want good quality and they want something special. I use high quality ingredients like Madagascan vanilla bean and high cocoa content chocolate in my cakes to ensure that each commission from a modest cupcake to an imposing wedding cake tastes fantastic. All my cakes can be modified to suit your unique specifications including egg-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
